In the morning you will take a buss to Ica, where your tour leader is waiting for u.
In the afternoon we will enjoy a Wine-Pisco Tour, Ica is very famous because of its pisco (grape liquor) and wine; we will go to the wine cellars of La Caravedo, Vista Alegre, Tacama and Ocucaje. Here you will be able to learn about the process of pisco and wine.
Day 3: Ica-Nazca
After breakfast in your hotel we will continue our journey riding our motorcycles to the Nazca. In the afternoon we will take the small aircraft and set off for the skies. It's a 40-50 minute flight over the famous lines. Your pilot will point out the shapes and name of the lines for you as you pass overhead.
The Nazca Lines are a series of geoglyphs located in the Nazca Desert, a high arid plateau that stretches more than 80 kilometers (50 mi) between the towns of Nazca and Palpa on the Pampas de Jumana in Peru. Although some local geoglyphs resemble Paracas motifs, these are largely believed to have been created by the Nazca culture between 200 BCE and 700 CE. There are hundreds of individual figures, ranging in complexity from simple lines to stylized hummingbirds, spiders, monkeys, fish, sharks or orcas, llamas, and lizards.
Day 4: Nazca-Camana
In this day we will ride 4000 Kilometers to Camana on a great highway.
Day 5: Camana-Arequipa
Let´s go to Arequipa, we will
climb easy over 2300 meters in a couple of hour.
Arequipa (the white city) Largely built of sillar, a volcanic porous, white stone, Arequipa lies in the southern highlands of Peru, at the feet of mount Misti, an impressive, white-capped volcano. The Misti is currently inactive, and has been since a small eruption occurred in 1870 (for the really strong ones, we have to leap back to the three decades between 1438 and 1471). The Ciudad Blanca, or White City, as it is dubbed, features a handsome and elegant city centre, lined with white sillar walls and enlightened with Baroque churches and buildings from the Colonial Period.
Day 6: Arequipa-Chivay
The adventure begin riding our motorcycles, we will cross the Peruvian Andes, this part of the route is close to 5000 meters high. After we will arrive in Colca Canyon.
The Colca Canyon is one of the deepest and most beautiful canyons in the world. At 3,269m, it is more than twice as deep as the Grand Canyon. It is located some 150km from Arequipa and can be reached from the White City.
The Colca region boasts a dramatic and colourful landscape, sprinkled with charming colonial villages and ancestral terraces where grains such as quinoa and corn are grown. The sixteen villages, inhabited by the descendants of the Collaguas and Cabanas tribes, are renowned for their richly decorated churches and vibrant festivals.
Day 7: Cruz del Cóndor
From our motorcycles we will enjoy all the viewpoints from the left side of the Canyon to Cruz del Cóndor.
Cruz del condor is a popular tourist stop to view the condors, the pass where condors soar gracefully on the rising thermals occurring as the air warms. The condors are best seen in the early morning and late afternoon when they are flying. At this point the canyon floor is 3,960 ft (1,200 m) below the rim of the canyon..

Day 8: Chivay-Puno
We follow the Panamerican Highway, leaving Colca Canyon behind us to Puno.
Day 9: Titicaca Lake
In this day we will take a launch to visit the Uros and Amantani Islands in the Titicaca Lake.
Uros Islands or the Floating Islands are man made islands out of reeds. The reeds grow naturally on the banks of the Lake, the Uros people take them and form islands out of them, by constantly adding reeds on the surface. These islands often float on the Lake Titicaca, that is why they are also named Floating Islands.
Lake Titicaca is the cradle of Incan civilization, and the origin of the Inca Empire is the largest lake on the South American continent. It is reputed to be the highest navigable lake in the world (about 3810 m/12,500 ft above sea level), extending from southeastern Peru to western Bolivia. The lake is 196 km (122 mi) long with an average width of 56 km (35 mi). The lake has waves, testament to its size and not surprising the waters are cold. At that altitude and fed from snow-clad Andes the lake does not invite swimming. It is the remnant of an ancient inland sea and the blue waters make a beautiful contrast to the parched altiplano.
Day 10: Puno-Cusco
The route will be waiting for us, to ride to Cusco.
Cuszco is a city in southeastern Peru, near the Urubamba valley (Sacred Valley) of the Andes mountain range. Cuzco was the capital of Inca empire. The historiccity is one of those magical places where the successive layers of its unique evolution mingle in all aspects of everyday life. It's long-lasting appeal stems both from the legacy of its ancient inhabitants and the dynamic input of modern day mestizos. Not in vain Cusco was considered best tourist destination by Wanderlust magazine.
Day 11: Sacred Valley
A amazing day, We will ride our motorcycles in the Sacred Valley and visit the city of Pisac.
The Urubamba Valley is also known as “El Valle Sagrado de los Incas”, or the Sacred Valley of the Incas. It is a laid back valley near Cusco with a very pleasant climate perfectly suited for farming. Ancient ruins, gentle mountain slopes and scattered farming towns define the valley. The same properties that make the valley attractive for today’s tourist were also the reason why the Inca chose this valley for their permanent settlements. The valley also served as a gateway to the jungle and was easily defendable by Ollantaytambo to the northwest and Rumicolca to the southeast.
Day 12: Machu Picchu
We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the train station to start your journey to Aguas Calientes During the train ride you can enjoy magnificent views of Cusco and the atmosphere of the "selva baja".
After your arrival at Aguas Calientes you will be taken by bus to Machu Picchu.
During the 2 hour guided tour, our guide will give you a lot of information about the specific sites at Machu Picchu, the history and the different theories about the " lost city of the Incas".
Machu Picchu (Quechua: Machu Picchu, "Old mountain") is a pre-Columbian Inca site located 2,400 meters (7,875 ft) above sea level. It is situated on a mountain ridge above the Urubamba Valley in Peru, which is 80 km (50 mi) northwest of Cusco. Machu Picchu is probably the most familiar symbol of the Inca Empire.
This city has been re-discovered in 1911 by Hiram Bingham. Besides the fascinating Inca architecture and scale of this site, Machu Picchu owns much of its glory to the unique location. Every time you enter the city, you cannot help it but have to gasp. Sometimes called the Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu is not Vilcabamba, the last stronghold of the Incas, the city Bingham was looking for. Nor is it Paititi, the City of Gold or El Dorado. In fact most of the history of Machu Picchu is unknown, even though there are many books on the subject, a lot of their content is pure speculation. Ironically, Bingham had already found Vilcabamba without realizing it.
Day 13: Back home
This is the end of our journey. After breakfast we will take you to the airport to take your flight to Lima and then your connecting flight home.
