1. Terms and Conditions.

We require all those interested in traveling with us to read the terms and conditions below.

1.1 Reservations and payment methods.

By requesting our services the person receives an offer stating the date and price of your trip.

By confirming your booking, the customer automatically accepts the terms and conditions and also agrees to undertake to sign a release of liability.

We can only travel with people who have signed the contract for release of liability.

To secure a place in our trips the customer must make his/her booking by a deposit of US$ 500 per person. This deposit guarantees a place in one of our trips. The total balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the starting date of the voyage. If you wish to cancel your tour you must also do so 4 weeks before the start of the trip. If you miss to pay the total price Inca Riders will retain the full amount of the deposit and you loose your place for the trip.

The client can make payments by bank transfer to an account Inca Riders. The price of the trip does not include the cost of banking transactions.

1.2. Trip cancellation and refund the customer.

Before making any cancellation, the customer must read the following information:

• If the customer cancels the trip 4 weeks before the departure date will forfeit the payment made by the reservation of the trip (US$ 500).

• If the customer cancels the trip 2 to 4 weeks before the date of departure must pay US$ 500 plus full payment made by the reservation.

• If the customer cancels the trip less than 2 weeks before the date of departure must pay 50% of the cost of the trip.

Please be sure before making a cancellation.

1.3. Changes in reservations.

There is no charge extra for any changes in the reservation, provided that:

• The change in the reservation must be made by mutual agreement between the client and the manager of Inca Riders.

• The change in the reservation should fit into our programs.

• The change in reservation will be valid only in a written confirmation.

1.4. Trip cancellation by the company.

1.4.1. Before the trip

• Inca Riders reserves the right to cancel a trip up to 4 weeks before the departure date or to increase the price if the number of participants is not sufficient to make the trip.

• If the trip is canceled Inca Riders will repay the total payment made by the client. However, Inca Riders is not responsible for the costs that may arise in the payment reserve airline tickets, hotel reservations or car rental or other similar situation.

• Inca Riders is not responsible for any loss, expense or inconvenience occasioned by the cancellation of a trip.

1.4.2. During the trip.

• Members of Inca Riders may cancel the trip or make changes in the case of a natural disaster occurring which prevents us from continuing, such as earthquakes, torrential rain, landslides or other unforeseen circumstances. If this were to happen up we will endeavor to continue the journey as long as this does not mean jeopardizing the lives of our members.

• Members of Inca Riders may cancel the trip or remove customers in the eventuality that they do not comply with the general rules of conduct or cause problems inside or outside the group.

• Members of Inca Riders may cancel the remainder of the customers΄ journey if they fail to comply with certain guidelines, such as attempting to handle his motorcycles in a state of alcohol or drugs endangering their safety, the group or others, or who commits any crime or misdemeanor against law.

• Members of Inca Riders may cancel the trip for a client if this does not have the necessary documentation, such as passport, visa to stay in the country, driver's license, etc.

• Inca Riders is not responsible for the individual or group of customers, or the problems they cause.

• In the event that some damage is caused to the motorbike by the client, a responsible member of Inca Riders can assess whether this will continue or cancel the trip of the individual customer.

• If the client decides to leave after the trip started, they will waive all their rights and also the total payment for the trip.

• If a trip is cancelled for any of the above reasons, the customer does΄t receives the money back or pay for losses or consequences that occur.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To date we have not had any cancellations in our programs and our general rule is to provide quality service to our customers, always trying to end our trip with the greatest possible success.

1.5. Insurance.

All our clients have a personal insurance in case of accidents. For more information, please read the item number 4: Insurance in case of accidents.

We also recommend to all our customers to arrange their own individual insurance.

1.6. Responsibility.

• Customers sign a voucher with the sum of US$ 500 before begin the tour as collateral. The full amount will be returned to the client upon completion the trip in the event that no damage has been caused to the vehicle.

• Members of Inca Riders are responsible for providing services specifically listed in the description of each trip.

• Members of Inca Riders are constantly monitoring their contractors such as hotels, Transportation companies, and so on.

• Members of Inca Riders are not responsible for accidents voluntary or involuntary, and the consequences that may occur. But we are under an obligation to help our customers and provide the help they need.

• Members of Inca Riders are not guardians of the clients΄, this indicates that they are not liable for any occurrences, incidents or accidents that may cause customers to suffer injuries, physical or material damage and even death to the client, one of our members or others.

• The customer is responsible for the care and good management of the motorbike as assigned.

• Members of Inca Riders are not responsible if the customer causes any damage or destruction to the vehicle, in which case the customer must pay the amount to repair the vehicle or the total amount if it is completely destroyed.

• Members of Inca Riders will not be responsible for loss, damage or theft of baggage from customers.

• We recommend our customers to have insurance in either case.

1.7. Liability Responsibilities.

Each participant in our travels is required to accept and sign a release of liability with these conditions. Inca Riders may not travel with customers that have not signed the contract.

2. Travel information "points of interest."

Prices are per person per trip and must be paid in the specified currency or the equivalent to changing the currency in Peru

In the description of each of our tours you will find exactly what is and is not included in the total payment but in general:.

Included in our tours:

• Hotel 3 stars, double room with private bathroom. At less that we will sleep in shelters or with native families.

• A motorbike in perfect condition.

• A basic accident insurance (SOAT).

• Support-vehicle 4x4.

• All breakfasts.

• A tour leader in English/Spanish on his own motorcycle.

• T-shirt like member of our club for motorcyclists INCA RIDERS.

• Nationals Flight.

Not included in our tours:

• Internationals Flights.

• Gasoline and tolls.

• Tour tickets, tickets to museums, parks, hot springs, etc..

• Tours for unspecified us.

• All meals except breakfast.

• All transfers.

• Personal expenses.

• Additional insurance.

2.1. About the currency.

The currency used in Peru is "the new sol" or simply "sol", but you can change all kinds of foreign currency to local currency in exchange. Widely accepted is also the US Dollar. 1$=2.80 soles.

It is important to know that almost all our national banks only work with Soles and Dollars, the same in the ATMs or to pay for services.

2.2. Weather

The weather conditions are variable during our trips because we go from sea level to almost 4900 meters, this leads to experience different climatic changes such as moving from the intense heat to cold, or maybe sometimes we have to handle the rain.

These changes in the weather some times make some small changes in our itinerary, it is clear that this is first discussed with the group, but always seeking the best for our motorcyclists in the fun as well as its own safety.

2.3. The Trip

• Anyone who operates a motorcycle knows it is a unique experience, but also knows that too much driving is more tired and more under varying weather conditions, our trips are designed so that each of our enjoyment of both the motorbike track, as well as each city to which we visited.

• In our travels we make several stops in different places to make this journey a pleasant and memorable experience.

• The time spent in each city, is designed to learn from the every place that exists in the country as well as to enjoy the experience of a trip to South America.

• Besides providing a few days of rest, in which every person can enjoy more as he pleases and rest before starting a new journey.

• The paths we have chosen for the trip are those that provide the best conditions, but we know that in some sections Peru does not have good roads or for the purposes of these are in poor weather conditions or closed, it also produces some variations in our journey.

• The tour is a trip planned almost entirely by following a travel plan, but some changes can be proposed and adopted if the group agrees.

2.4. Height disease.

Some of the persons at 3000 meters above sea level may experience a condition called 'soroche' or altitude sickness. This is a natural reaction by the body to the shortage of oxygen, some of the symptoms are nausea, headache, insomnia or lack of appetite, to combat these symptoms there are pills called soroche Pills, aspirin or a Coca lips mate.

Inca Riders members are prepared to combat this problem so it is not a concern for our motorcyclists suffer from altitude sickness.

3. What you need to travel with us:

• Sign a release of liability.

• Passport valid until 2 months after the trip.

• International Motorcycle Driver's license

• Cash in soles or dollars, also can change other currencies and traveler's check.

• Credit cards, the most commonly used in the country is Visa.

3.1. Recommend the trip.

• Thermal clothing for the cold.

• 1 GOOD jacket for the cold.

• 1 windbreaker.

• 2 pants with removable legs.

• 6 T-shirts • Swimwear.

• Comfortable shoes or sneakers.

• Sandals.

• Hat or cap.

• Waterproof poncho.

• Sun glasses.

• Sun block.

• Camera.

• Swiss army-knife and flashlight.

Note: Many of the things that are on the list can be purchased here in the country.

3.2. What is essential for the journey?.

• Biker clothing.

• Motorcycle boots.

• Simple and thermal gloves for handling motorcycle.

• Helmet Close.

• Protective knees and elbows.

• Protector of the back and kidney-belt.

•Money-belt for passport, money, etc.

4. Insurance

4.1. In case of accidents.

In Peru, the minimum insurance required for driving a motorbike is called SOAT.

According to the RM No. 306-2002-MTC/15-02 Article 29: TH The obligatory Insurance Accident covers at least the following risks for rider, passenger or the third occupant of a motorbike.

For other damage.

-Damage to rent the motorbike if stolen will be covered by INCA RIDERS.

-The material damage caused by the driver and/or passengers will be NOT covered by INCA RIDERS.

-The consequences of damage to third parties are not covered by INCA RIDERS.

- The SOAT is not always as efficient as insurance perhaps passengers are used, so it is advisable to have your own insurance in case of accidents, thefts or other.

Note: Our insurance does not cover the motorcycle and / or passengers who are driving without a helmet, or under the influence of any drug and / or alcohol.

4.2. Other insurance.

It is recommended to our clients to have a private insurance in case of theft or loss.
